Athlehealth is an app designed to help you train better and eat better! This app is great for people starting out with getting fit, or for people who need to make sure they maintain a proper diet and exercise.
Sometimes when you diet you want to make sure that youre not accidentally eating something that could be rather unnutritious. You can view the nutrition page in the app and see information about foods that others have uploaded. You can see the calories, protein, fats, and carbs for foods that others decide to share about. You can join in too by uploading information of a food that you dont see and want others to know about. You can also see what foods youve uploaded as well.
Exercising is hard, and sometimes you might find yourself getting hurt or overworked if you exercise too hard. Athlehealth has an exercises tab that lets you view exercise regiments that others have uploaded, and maybe you can use those in your daily routine. If you want to share an exercise regiment that you think will benefit others, you can share yours as well!
If you ever find yourself getting injured while exercising, you can consule the recovery page to find information on how to deal with common exercise injuries.
Lastly, to hold yourself accountable for your routine, we have a progress tracker, that lets you record every day what foods you ate and what exercises you did. This is uploaded to your account so you can view how well youre doing from any device anytime.
